Every school says that their culture is unique. It’s true. At Educators Collaborative, this is where we start. We get to know you as people. We get to know your pedagogy. We get to know your search committee, your board, your faculty and your administration. Most importantly, we get to know your vision, mission and values. This lays the foundation for a successful search, hiring and onboarding process.

At Carney, Sandoe & Associates, we believe there is nothing more important than helping schools recruit and retain exceptional faculty and leaders. Since our inception in 1977, we have worked successfully with over 1,800 independent, private, boarding, and charter schools in 48 states and 32 countries to provide exceptional faculty recruitment, head of school search, and strategic consulting services. Carney Sandoe helps teaching, administrative, and coaching candidates find their dream jobs.

Advancing student outcomes. Delivering literacy for all.

Trailblazers in the science of reading since 1985, Wilson Language Training is the most trusted Structured Literacy provider in the market. Our evidence-backed, multi-tiered reading system empowers students to become fluent, independent readers.

Slingerland Literacy Institute trains educators of all kinds -classroom and resource teachers, interventionists, tutors, and parents — in the Slingerland Approach so all students can learn.

Our multi-sensory approach includes all five pillars promoted by the Science of Reading: Phonological Awareness, Phonics for Encoding and Decoding, Reading Fluency, Vocabulary, Comprehension

The Windward School is a premier independent day school for children with dyslexia or other language-based learning disabilities. With two campuses in White Plains, and one campus on the Upper East Side of New York City, Windward remediates a student's dyslexia or LBLD in preparation for a return to a mainstream school environment.

Landmark is a coed day and boarding school for students in grades 2–12 with dyslexia or other language-based learning disabilities (LBLD). These fall under the broader category of specific learning disabilities (SLD). We celebrate our students' differences by individualizing a program based on their specific needs. The Landmark approach empowers students to reach their academic and social potential. Each faculty member is highly trained and specializes in educating students with dyslexia and other SLDs.

One of the nation’s best schools for bright students who learn differently, Delaware Valley Friends School delivers an extraordinary education in grades 1–12 within a nurturing, inclusive Quaker learning community—one that is constantly growing and evolving.

Our Quaker beliefs help all students feel supported and encouraged, thrive in an environment that celebrates differences and each person’s inherent worth, work towards creating an inclusive community, and learn to recognize their own strengths while discovering new passions.

It’s different here. Creative energy permeates the air. Vibrant artwork is everywhere. Gardens cultivate curiosity. Hammers and 3D-printers in makerspaces bring ideas to life.

At traditional schools, students with language-based learning differences, such as dyslexia and ADHD, may feel alone, misunderstood, and even embarrassed. At The Lab School of Washington, these students enter an environment designed for them to thrive.

And that changes everything.
